REFUND POLICY

At OUR-LIVE, we strive to provide our users with a seamless and enjoyable experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where refunds or returns are necessary. Below is our policy for handling such requests.

1. General Policy

All transactions made through the app, including in-app purchases and subscriptions, are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

  

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Unauthorized Charges: If a user identifies a payment  they did not authorize.
  • Technical Issues: If a purchased feature, service, or subscription was not delivered or did not function as intended due to technical errors.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a user is charged more than  once for the same transaction.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Content that has been fully consumed, downloaded, or used.
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of content or streams.
  • Voluntary account cancellations.

3. Requesting a Refund

  To request a refund, users must contact our support team within 7 daysof the transaction. Refund requests must include:

  • The email associated with the account.
  • The transaction ID or receipt.
  • A description of the issue.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original      payment method.
  • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment provider (e.g., App Store, Google Play).

5. Subscription Cancellations

 Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period 

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to deny refund requests that are determined to be suspicious or violate our Terms of Service.
